After 12 weeks of service with the same hirer, the Agency Workers Regulations, introduced in October 2011, gives agency staff rights to the same pay and conditions as staff employed directly by the hirer, doing the same job.

The regulations are complex and open to interpretation; but the cost of not complying with the regulations can be expensive and so it very important that your Agency has a deep understanding of them.
